Willow Creek Law assists businesses and individuals in corporate governance and in navigating contract disputes and litigation. We provide services in commercial litigation, contract disputes, small business partnership break-ups, and other areas for small- and medium-size businesses. We also assist in forming LLCs, corporations, and partnerships, and in advising businesses and business owners as they develop and negotiate contracts and work to expand their businesses. For those businesses that cannot afford in-house counsel, we provide an outside, less expensive option. We believe in the principles of integrity, fair play, and affordability. Please do not hesitate to contact us to see if we are a good match for your legal needs.
Christopher F. Lewis
Christopher F. Lewis is the founding attorney of Willow Creek Law, LC (formerly Lewis & Kleinman, LC). He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of business transactions (business contracts, formations, corporate management and counsel, etc) and commercial disputes and litigation. Chris represents a variety of small- and medium-size business clients.
Prior to forming Lewis & Kleinman, Chris was co-founder with Gregg K Stepan (deceased) of Lewis Paxman & Barnes (originally Stepan & Lewis), where his practice focused on business and real estate transactions, litigation, and estate planning. Before that, he practiced solo in the areas of business and real estate. He was also an associate at Kirton McConkie after completing a federal judicial clerkship with Senior Judge J. Thomas Greene (deceased) and a state judicial clerkship in the Utah First Judicial District.

Chris's current leisure interests include following his children's extracurricular activities, playing sports with them, and following Boston professional sports and University of Arizona collegiate sports. He enjoys playing chess, trying to figure out how to sculpt with clay and writing bad poetry. He also likes food of (almost) every variety. Chris and his wife dragged their children out of the country to do legal work in Belgium for a few months several years ago and hope to have other opportunities to show them the world. Chris was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and he spent many years in Arizona before coming to Utah to attend law school, where he has resided ever since. He has also spent a total of almost three years living in Europe, primarily in France and Switzerland. And, while Utah is now Chris's home, he does not like Jello.
